Commit Indicator, Greeting Message, and Delete All Chats

Describe the need of your request

Guys, please add an indicator of connection with llm during commit generation. After pressing nothing happens and it is not clear whether generation is in progress or something went wrong.

Also give the ability to remove or change the greeting message in the chat. And also the ability to delete all chats with one button.

Just one problem... the deleted chats come back after IDE restart.
