What happened?

The prompt to select folders and files opens in another window. This happens in all situations: in and out of full-screen mode, and with stage manager on and off.

Weird, I'm unable to reproduce it. So far, I've tried multiple IDEs, both in and out of full-screen mode, and with stage manager enabled and disabled. The popup should open above the textarea, at least that's how it's implemented.

I found out when it is happening. I am using MacBook with an external monitor. When the RubyMine is opened on the primary display (MacBook), it is working. But when the RubyMine is opened on the external monitor, the popup is opened on MacBook display.
