Add support for Code Llama Python via GUI

Describe the need of your request

The Code Llama models also have a Python specific adaption, which works provides better solutions with lower resources, than the best Code Llama base model does. Please add these Python models to the GUI as well.

• Download Code Llama Python models
• Start server from GUI
