Remove Additional commit dialog actions

Describe the need of your request

Would like a option in the settings where we can select the options which we want to appear in the generate commit message button. A single click message generation was best, now two clicks is honestly a hassle for me. Anyone feel the same?

Would love it if, just the 'Generate Commit Message' was the default option and to get the other options, those need to be enabled from the settings.
