Dino 0.3.0 it working good here on Trisquel Nabia. Just it need install extra gstreamer dependencies

sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio gstreamer1.0-libav

Yes will nice if Dino supporting "feedbackd" for notification under Phosh.
