Ok, I was able to reproduce. It is a very weird case, I never saw that any other time. It should be fixed by #13423 Thanks for your report

This looks like you removed all the zsh-related files, or they didn't get installed properly. Could you try with `sudo apt remove --purge zsh; sudo apt install zsh`?
