Tests not included in pypi sdist tarball

Hi! I'm packaging python-autoapi for Arch Linux. Generally we try to use the pypi sdist tarballs for packaging, because they provide better naming schemes.

Would it be possible to include the tests/ in the sdist tarball on pypi (by adding it to MANIFEST.in)? We run the tests to ensure integration with the system installation of python.
