You might have to select Allow Unsigned Extensions under the Develop menu (if you don't see the menu, you have to enable it under Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop menu in menu bar).

Safari no longer supports this extension. You can find new and updated extensions in the App Store or from developers’ websites.
