Broken(?) Link in README

In the README here, the VIM: Walking Without Crutches tutorial site seems to be down or the like (per Heroku).

Happy to send a PR with a strikethrough or something like that - just wanted to get this on the radar.

yea it seems to be down. Let's give it a week, if it's not fixed I'm happy to remove it off of the list.
