Haptic support using built in rumble

I wanted to make sure I put in this as an issue so it could be looked at for viability. The Joycons are more than capable of doing it, but I am unsure how it would get the haptic data via OSC. Apologies if this is out of scope for this project.

It's something that I'd be interested in adding, and I would add it if slimevr server added support for it. Unfortunately it hasn't been a high priority addition for them.

Hopefully Axis will be the push needed to get the ball rolling on support.
