The ultimate goal is to use drag and drop so users can sort as they'd like. This PR is just alphabetical by name.

Currently there's no data being saved for sort order. It's just hard coded as alphabetical. Previously mentioned here. Happy to chat further about it. https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/1924#discussion_r1398212637
