Create User Credentials Card - embedded view

This component represents the embedded view of user's credentials to a site/node member supporting Cardstack services - running Cardstack Hub, supporting CARD protocol, providing signature services, etc.

Credential card contains:

• Name of the node/service
• Logo of the node/service
• Name of the user as registered on that network (if available)
• Login credential (username or email). We display this so that user knows which credentials are used by this card if they have multiple accounts on that node/service
• Login status/sign in CTA - shows if user is currently signed in to that service. If user is signed in they can use its services within CARD ecosystem (e.g. request signatures for multisig transaction). If not they need to sign in first, and we display CTA to do that.
