I recommend to test from this PR: https://github.com/hummingbot/hummingbot/pull/7673 the problems are solved and now I'm adding the feature to remove the UI entirely to be below 300mb ;)
@yancong001 for solving the balance issues if the update is not coming in real-time you can disable real time updates in the connector and that will use the last update...
