How to turn off the device?

For now I unplug the power but... I don't feel "clean" about doing it, even though I don't write anything (AFAIK) back on the microSD. So I'm wondering if there is already a "proper" way to turn the device off, e.g a hidden physical button or an impossible fingering?

I implemented this a while back in commit 9a9a8 but then removed it after we made the SD card read-only (and also after an embarrassing shut down incident while playing in public... 😊 ). If that can make you feel "cleaner" 🧼 we could bring it back. Feel free to open a poll and see what people say.

Ah! Well easier question, is it written somewhere in the documentation? If no then adding it would be enough and this issue would be closed.

I would also add a paragraph in the documentation using this as the typical customization example, namely defining a function doing something, e.g shutdown here, binded to a specific fingering.
