Fixed the issue mentioned in #1229 (Reference Style Links Broken):

1. Works correctly for the referenced style syntax "[.*?]".

For example: [CIP Tag Registry Schema] mentioned in CIP-0114

2. Needed work on referenced style syntax "[][.*?]"

For example: [registry][CIP Tag Registry] mentioned in CIP-0114
