Denying Access for Camera results in Endless Spinning Wheel

Current Behavior

When you deny access to the camera, the background continues to present the spinning wait wheel

Expected Behavior

When you deny access to the Camera permission the dialog should likely present a label displaying that the permission has been denied and a button giving the option for the user to grant access

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click on the Scan button
2. Deny access to the Camera
