The mobile app defaults to using the front camera for scanning QR codes.

Current Behavior

It doesn't make too much sense for the QR code scanning feature in the mobile app to use the front camera. At the very least it should default to the rear camera and allow switching between the two cameras.

Expected Behavior

The scanning should default to the rear camera not the front camera and there should be an ability to switch between them.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Click the Scan Button
  2. Grant appropriate permissions for the use of the Camera
