How should I get the address from an uncompressed public key? E.g：266fb003ce6647bfc7d04ca36b4c2a624b317bcf89e63ea4205f1d0c347081bfefd4c50cd59b66471444f29415ad2455ce20c84185278ad2716de38751e7926b

If I want to get the address through /construction/derive, which part of the public key should it be?

@Yangxin-GG Is that a secret ket (private+public)? If so you want just the last half.
