[Feature]: Update to support final CIP-30 and thus CIP-30 extensions

🚀 The feature and your motivation

It would be really great to have this tool updated to the final version of CIP-30, so that this can also support CIP-30 extensions.

Endpoints such as .supportedExtensions and .getExtensions need to be added to the base connector, as well as some logic for dApps to be able to request specific CIP-30 extensions.

Additional context

We would love to use this within GovTool, but because this does not support CIP-30 extensions, specifically CIP-95 we cannot.
