The `cncli sendtip` command is leaking memory

Describe the bug Since I upgraded to 6.0.1 I noticed that the sendtip command is slowly but surely leaking memory. I never noticed this problem with previous versions

To Reproduce

Launch a cncli sendtip command and leave it running for a few weeks. When I noticed the problem, the cncli process was using more than 500MB of RAM, after a restart it goes back to a mere 10KB.

Expected behavior no memory leak
