Support for New Mastercard BINS

Do we have support for new Mastercard BINS with the following ranges?

222100-272099 510000-559999

Not at the moment. We've merged in one PR with the first range into DMZ, the scanning code. However, the range needs to be added to the iOS and Android repos, then released, then put in a new Cordova release for this work to be complete. PRs are welcome!
