Use custom font in pdf

Hello,

I've tried using the font Gagalin in my pdfs so I installed it on my carbone server but it wont be used in my generated pdf. I've put the font file in /usr/share/fonts/ and installed it with fc-cache -fv and I can see it with fc-list | grep 'Gagalin' so i don't know what else to do. The carbone server is on cloud 66, I have rebuilt it after installing the font.
