[Datagrid `useActionsColumn`]: width inconsistencies in actions column

There seem to be some width inconsistencies with the actions column compared to the designs. Actions column specifically in customize columns story appears wider than intended.

@devadula-nandan also reports this has been noticeable when using useSortableColumns
