feat(DataGrid): align column resize pal - v11

Contributes to #1923

Resize multiple columns at a time:

• Hold Shift, and hover over the right side of any column header until a horizontal split cursor appears. Click on the resizer to select the columns.

• Double-click the column resizer to resize all visible columns to fit the content.

• Display minimum of one letter in a column

• Wrap column header titles

Closing for now as some of this behavior is being re-reviewed by design, will revisit if this resize functionality has been approved. It was discussed that this feels more appropriate in something like the DataSpreadsheet component.
