AddSelect/MultiAddSelect does not support pre-selecting items

The AddSelect/MultiAddSelect components don't presently have the ability to pre-select items on initial render (as far as I can tell). It would be great if a prop could be added to set the component's initial selection state.

update: i still think this is a good enhancement, but would definitely require a bit of work because of how selection state is managed in the component. i'm going to remove the wontfix label and try to get to this sooner rather than later.
