Homepage Tile as seen in IDL as part of GTC?

Will the "Homepage Tile" component, as found in the Design Language site, be integrated into Gatsby-Theme-Carbon?

Unless I am mistaken, the current ImageCard does not seem to support the same options as the Homepage Tile component, and designers are asking if this will become a part of the gatsby-theme-carbon package any time soon. Would love to hear your thoughts about this as well as what other components from across the ecosystem might end up getting shared within GTC itslef.
