Summary
Allow FeatureCards to properly display video or GIF content, which is a common ask of designers.
Justification
Designers often want to use dynamic content inside of the FeatureCard and currently this component does not properly handle wrapping video or GIF content in the appropriate styles. This requires each set of developers who need to use video or GIF content in FeatureCards to reproduce custom solutions, causing sites to diverge from the base gatsby-theme-carbon.
Desired UX and success metrics
The ability to put GIF or video content in a FeatureCard in markdown without the need for additional css or other custom components.
Specific timeline issues / requests
Since several site designs are requesting to use GIF or video in FeatureCard, we would like this prioritized before end of year.

If we have time in our work stream, we will investigate implementing this and, if successful, submit a PR for the updates.
