Safari web extension availability

It was brought up on a call the other day that Safari has been making web extensions easier to port over from Chrome or Firefox. Right now Chrome and Firefox both use the same code, and it would be awesome to keep that going. It's worth looking into the effort of making this tool available for Safari though.

@photodow With Big Sur, Safari now supports the web-extension api. Apple has provided a conversion tool as well
