Carbon v11 mini-series: Define production pipeline
For the miniseries we've decided on making prerecorded sessions. We need to determine how we can standardize the creation of the content so it looks and feels cohesive from a production standpoint.
Checklist
- [ ] Make a standardized keynote that every presenter can use
- [ ] Determine what type/kind of graphics we need to go along with the series - cover slide, etc.
- [ ] Could we have a motion graphic overlay to transition from intro to main content in each session?
- [ ] Define recording parameters and set up
- [ ] Decide what tooling to use to record person video
- [ ] Decide what tooling to use to record screen
- [ ] Decide what tooling to use to edit and compose person video w/ screen recording (overlay? etc.)
- [ ] Determine how we can use linkable timestamps w/ chapters
- [ ] Who's going to edit these sessions?
I think it's great to start using this DPO brand keynote, it has tons of graphics we can reuse as well. Stylistically, we can also draw inspiration from this new branding direction and tie back to v11 homepage banner so it's visually consistent :)
