Failed to execute 'define' on 'CustomElementRegistry'

I've been using Toggle element for a while now without making any changes to my backend, and today they don't work anymore and I get this error Failed to execute 'define' on 'CustomElementRegistry': the name "bx-checkbox" has already been used with this registry My product depending on Carbon design is now facing issues that I can't control, this has to be fixed
