correction of step-2 initial branch

Hi. The branch is not updated and pulling step-2 is overriding dependencies in package.json used in step-1. That means that the npm start will not work and than you have to spend time to figuring out how to fix it. I have also updated the header component as the IBM icons usage has changed. So is it possible for you to review it and update the step-2 branch? If this is acceptable for you I can create also update PR for later steps when I will go through.
