[Figma] Content block mixed

Add the Content block mixed to the Figma white theme. This is not visible on the guidance website but appears in Storybook.

Must haves

  • [ ] This component uses fluid type for the header. Check to see if this is already created as a component in the Fluid type page. Otherwise, create a new fluid component.
  • [ ] Use existing components if possible: Link list, Card group, Content group pictogram, Image, and Card link.
  • [ ] Should include variants for all breakpoints.
  • [ ] Should include a variant toggle (true/false) for the Link list
