[Bug]: Incorrect icon and feature flag border issue in Tile variants

Detailed description

Found a couple of bugs in the Tile with Expandable and Expandable (interactive) components:

Bug 1: Icon issue

When inserting the Tile with Expandable, the icon is incorrect. It should be an expand icon, but it's showing as a '+' symbol. I’ve already checked the Figma kit, and the icon there is correct, so we need to figure out why it's breaking in this case.

Bug 2: Feature flag border

The feature flag border on the Tile with Expandable (interactive) is currently being applied to the entire tile, but it should only appear around the icon.
