[Figma] Missing text styles in "(v11) All themes - Carbon Design System"

Acceptance criteria

We need to check the (v11) All themes - Carbon Design System for missing text styles.

• Only fix and publish components that do not have branches currently open against them
• Go through individual component pages, starting with the Bases artboard, etc.
• Ensure all text styles are connected throughout the library.

For some reason the text styles are detached from the v11 Figma file https://www.figma.com/community/file/1157761560874207208/v11-all-themes-carbon-design-system

What version of the Carbon Design System Kit are you using?

v11

Is this issue related to a specific component? If so please give the page, artboard, and layer/symbol name.

The issue affects all components in the v11 Figma file

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to see changed?

All text layers should be linked to the respective text styles.

Additional information

There are no text styles defined in the file

There are no styles attached to any of the components text layers

I can see there is an external "(v11) Text Styles - IBM Design Language" library but for some reason the text layers in the "(v11) All themes - Carbon Design System" file are not linked to it.
