[Bug]: Exported PNG/JPG images have border cropped

What happened and what did you expect to happen?

When exporting a chart as PNG or JPG the whitespace around the chart is removed so the chart looks cropped. There is whitespace around the chart when displayed on screen, but it doesnt seem to be included in the image export.

This can be reproduced on the carbon charts website itself, e.g. go to https://charts.carbondesignsystem.com/line and click Export PNG on one of the charts there.
