[Enhancement]: Add onClick event to threshold markers
Contact Details
Summary
I'm using thresholds as markers on a chart to represent major events that happened over time (separate from what I'm graphing, see below image). It'd be great if clicking a threshold was able to generate an event so I could take that event and turn it into a modal opening for more information or something like that.

Justification
When hovering over a threshold, the cursor already turns into a pointer which seems to imply to a user that it is clickable. At the moment it is not (as far as I can tell).
Desired UX and success metrics
This would allow for an expanded information view to be constructed by a developer to provide more information about that threshold on the chart.
"Must have" functionality
Threshold line generates an event onClick providing its value and possibly label.
Specific timeline issues / requests
Preferably soon, but that's really up to your schedules and queues
Available extra resources
If you can point me to a place of where this could be added I'd be happy to meddle around and submit a PR
