[datatable] column support for alignment (left, center, right)

Summary

The sustainability PAL recommends different alignment based on what is being displayed in a column: for text (left), numbers (right) and status icons (middle). Can the angular datatable include ability to set column alignment? React datatable has this already. image Notice that heading and content of Quantity column align even with the sort. I think react adds extra padding to the content cell if there is sort ability for a column.
