[Table] multisort produces incorrect table header row height

Describe the bug

The table header row height for 'md' is taller than size 'lg' when options.hasMultiSort is true.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://next.carbon-addons-iot-react.com/?path=/story/1-watson-iot-table--playground
  2. Enable knob options.hasMultiSort
  3. Change sizes using knob size
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Sizes should match those displayed when options.hasMultiSort is false
