[Repo] stop proxy exporting carbon-components in index

We need to stop proxying the carbon-components from index.js, so we can remove all of those, and delete the files/folders that are just re-exporting the same carbon components or stories. However, we do want to keep the stories for all the carbon components by just linking to the existing carbon story for that component (ie. https://react.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/components-accordion--accordion)
