[SelectUsersModal] incorrect arrow icon in RTL

Describe the bug

The "select" item icon button has an icon that is still pointing to the right in RTL

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://next.carbon-addons-iot-react.com/?path=/story/1-watson-iot-selectusersmodal--default-modal
  2. Enabled RTL mode
  3. See error

Expected behavior

The "select" item icon button should point to the left in RTL mode
