The list rendering incorrect in RTL when isVirtualList is true.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://next.carbon-addons-iot-react.com/?path=/story/1-watson-iot-list--with-row-actions-single
  2. Check knob isVirtualList
  3. Enable RTL mode
  4. See error
