Summary

Add support for node v18 that will get active LTS 2022-10-25

List of items to complete:

• [ ] update .nvmrc to 18
• [ ] update engines field in the two package.json files
• [ ] update node-versions in the .github yaml files (*.yml)
• [ ] update the docker image used for visual regression testing if needed both in .github/workflows/test.yml and ./Dockerfile
• [ ] Create a new issue like this one for the v20 release
