Update from the Carbon maintainer

Hey folks, it's a tale as old as time in open source, I know, but life has gotten away from me, and I haven't had a chance to maintain Carbon as of late, as much as that pains me.

I hope to get it the repo in a healthy shape sometime soon, but knowing how things go, maybe it will keep slipping away.

Really appreciate all the time, attention, and support folks have put into this little tool. 🖤
