Support for new nushell completion syntax

Thanks for this. It is limited to static completion though and won't work with a couple commands and completers in carapace-bin. Basic dynamic completion is now possible like this. I got something working here, but seems flag completion is not yet passed to the custom completer. Might be able to mix it with this to have some basic functionality working, but there are still some issues with the nushell completion engine itself that need to be fixed.
