Automated functional tests

A couple of automated functional tests can be added for the existing markdown inputs in the tests/ directory.

This is mostly done. There's a few things the tests don't cover yet, so keeping this open:

  • [ ] Zoom levels in bookmarks
  • [ ] Remote PDF files
