Dragonsteel Prime in own section?

How it is right now, the Dragonsteel Prime chapters are with the WoK Prime chapters under the same name, which seems a little confusing to me. Is it a better idea to split them up?

@allanburleson I've added you as a collaborator to the repo, going by the pull-request-hack. I'm not actively following the prime chapters, so you might be a better judge of organizing that. Feel free to go ahead and improve the split :100:

This chapter comes from the 2000 draft of a book called Dragonsteel. Some of the settings, situations, and characters were repurposed into The Way of Kings (2010).

Brandon's website still tags them as WoK:Prime, so closing this.

Now that WoK Prime is officially available (https://www.brandonsanderson.com/the-way-of-kings-prime/), I removed WoK Prime code from this repo. However, noticed today that the DragonSteel Prime chapters are not present in the published edition.

So this issue becomes relevant now! If someone has a cover idea for DS:Prime, please reply.
