[Feature] 2x UI Scaling

Would be really nice to add an option to scale the UI to 2x as it's really small on a lot of modern high resolution displays.

I know that a similar request was shot down, but 2x should be really simple without blowing out the UI or requiring more advanced rendering or distorting anything.
