Provide a local dev environment so it's possible to work on the UI in a browser tab

The UI is just HTML, CSS, JS. It would be super useful to be able to make changes to it without having to load an extension in Firefox, but just as a web page instead. Of course that page wouldn't be able to get results, but some fake data could be mocked in that case.
