Windows precompiled binaries

Are precompiled binaries no longer available for Capstone?

The documentation says that precompiled binaries are available in the download section, but if you go to that page there is no Windows section, only for the Python module.

Wondering as there is a broken Scoop package for Capstone which is stuck on 4.0.2 because there haven't been any binaries released on the GitHub releases page since 4.0.2.
