[Auto-Sync] Add option Differ to update the old file.

Currently always the newly translated file patched and then copied to overwrite the old file.

This is annoying, if only a small update is done (maybe a single printOperand function more was added). Because the whole layout is completely broken in the new file and needs to be reverted by hand again.
